Quality Landscape & Lawn Care Services
Our services
Property Maintenance
Mowing, edging, pruning, trimming, debris removal, weed removal & control, and blowing debris off of hardscape are services typically provided during regular property maintenance, dependent upon lawn size and landscape. We’re flexible with our regular property maintenance and let you choose whether we visit weekly or bi-weekly.
Mulch Installations
Different landscapes call for different mulches and that’s why we work with a local vendor to provide the option of choosing from a variety of different colors, shapes, and sizes that will leave your property looking crisp and complete! Mulch is both aesthetically pleasing and serves a purpose. Mulch breaks down over time to continuously feed those beds, which in turn feed your plants and trees. It also helps retain water and acts as a barrier to the root zone during harsh weather, both hot and cold. Good looks with a purpose!
Property Clean Ups
Spring, fall, or any time in between, we provide property clean ups which include edging lawn along hardscape and flowerbeds, edging tree rings, tree pruning, shrub trimming, cutting back all seasonal plants and natural grasses, removing all pine needles, sticks, pinecones, and dead leaves, mowing lawn, and blowing debris off curbs, sidewalks, driveways, decks, porches, and patios.
Core Aeration & Fertilization
Aeration and fertilization is vital to having a healthy lawn and we provide both services. Aerating relieves soil compaction, allowing for better airflow and nutrient uptake around the root zone. Fertilization improves overall growth. We typically aerate in the Spring and/or Fall and fertilize twice throughout the season to keep your lawn looking vibrant and lush. We always fertilize after we aerate and we’ll also look at the health of your plugs (the 2 to 3” piece of soil that the aeration machine pulls out) to determine whether or not we should over seed as well.
Thatching (Dethatching)
Thatch is the layer of dead grass that lays at the base level of the lawn, just above the soil. Thatch builds up overtime and forms a barrier that prevents oxygen, nutrients, and water from penetrating the root zone. Dethatching removes this sponge-like layer of dead grass to ensure your lawn receives the oxygen, nutrients, and water it needs to thrive. We recommend dethatching in the early Spring to give your lawn the time it needs to recover before the intense heat and dryness of summer.
Xeriscaping
More and more clients are switching to a xeriscaped landscape to reduce water usage, while still having a beautiful yard. We specialize in removing lawns and installing small boulders, rocks, aggregates, and/or mulches along with drought tolerant plants to drastically reduce your landscape’s water consumption. We believe in using as little water as possible to have little-to-no impact on the integrity of our environment
